My faucet that would not turn off and I did not have cutoff valves at that sink. Had to turn off the main water connection. I called Skooters and Johnny and Brent were superstars! Professional, efficient and pleasant and neat were their attributes. They removed the old sink, the faucet, added cutoff valves, a new faucet and a new sink (plus the time to retrieve the right adaptors and parts) in less than 2 hours! So pleased with their service! Will call them again!

Woke up Sunday, St. Patrick’s Day, to no water. We leave a trickle of water most of the winter as advised by the City of Fargo, so I was perplexed. The city sent Skooter’s out to investigate and sure enough, after 3 1/2 hrs, and 80′ out to the main, they found a freeze and defrosted it. Skooter said we should run a bit stronger stream of water than the diameter recommended by the City (the City adjusts our bill in the spring). They were very professional and friendly, and Skooter even made a minor adjustment to the toilet when he noticed it had a weak flush as he was cleaning up the mess. I was thrilled to learn that there was a calcification build up in the little hole in the front of the bowl that interfered with the pressure.Yep, he cleared it! I’ll be sure to clean THAT more thoroughly in the future because it had been a real ‘pain in the butt’ for months! I would recommend Skooter’s to anyone with plumbing issues.

Our second experience with Skooters. This time they saved us a bundle of money by advising me to contact the trailer court owner first because my description of the problem sounded like a main drain located outside on the rented property. And sure enough, we did and it was tree roots. I appreciate the integrity of the company.
The first time was last winter when we needed help with hooking up a new faucet to the pipes under the counter. We installed ourselves and of course had major leaks and could not get anyone to come out timely. That is when I discovered Skooters Plumbing. They came out the same day and did the job. They also checked the electrical wrap under the trailer to ensure the pipes would not freeze. I am sure the whole job was unpleasant because water had gotten into the belly under the trailer and they dealt with that. The charge was more than fair and we were grateful customers.
If you need reliable plumbing service, do not hesitate to call Skooters.

Brent and Jihn came to fix my water problem. They did a wonderful job. They had to put a new pipe in for the tub. They told me about Sendca to get a hold of them to see if i can get some help with my roof n how it keeps leaking. I really appreciate them telling me about them. They were so friendly n helping out with the back door as best they could. I know that they didnt have to but was glad they did what they could. We woke up to find we had no running water at all. We panicked and called a different plumbing service, and when they got here they were not able to fix the issue and left us a bill for an emergency service. The city of Fargo told us to call Skooter and when they got here they were able to fix our issue, and because it was caused by a freeze in the pipe between our house and the main water line, it was covered by the city and we didn’t have to pay anything. He even paid me back for the bill left by the other company. The service was great, and I’m thankful he was able to come even on a Saturday. I would recommend Skooter to anyone with plumbing issues.

Such an amazing company! We ended up having water backup due to a tree root growing into our sewer clean out line. Skooter’s was there to walk me through exactly what they were doing, what they found, and ensured the root was completely out of the pipe line. Highly recommend Skooter and his team! Came home to find the sewer backed up and had Bryan there an hour later cleaning out the main sewer line. Even cleaned it a second time after the camera showed there were still some roots in there after the first go through! Left everything clean and even cleaned up the floor where the sewage had backed up!!! Very satisfied and will definitely be calling again if plumbing services are needed!
